At Lovey & Co Booktique, we want you to love everything you receive! If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.
Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for store credit only. To be eligible, items must be in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached where applicable.
Non-Returnable Items The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- All books
- Blind Date with a Book boxes (Mini, Deluxe, and Ultimate)
- Any item marked as final sale
How to Request a Return To initiate a return, please email us at loveyco.shop@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return. We will review your request and provide next steps.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Store Credit Once your return is received and inspected, store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card to the email address on file. Store credit does not expire.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at loveyco.shop@gmail.com with a photo and your order number. We'll make it right! 🩷
